NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR PRE QUALIFICATION OF AGENCIES FOR ASSOCIATION WITH HSCL

 

Notice Inviting Applications dated 30.05.2008 is cancelled  and fresh applications are invited as follows:-

 

HSCL has been allotted 1.534 acres of land for setting up Multipurpose Residential cum Building Complex at (i) Existing Hawker’s Market, Surya Road, Agartala (Tripura) and  (ii) Existing Vegetable & Fish Market, Durga Choumohani, Agartala (Tripura) on a Joint Venture Basis with Agartala Municipal Council.

 

HSCL is proposing to execute the work through Developers and / or it’s Associates  having vast experience and sound financial resources for commercial exploitation of the said land.   The Developers and / or it’s Associates may visit the site, if required, to get a proper assessment of the site conditions. 

 

 Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies having experience in Construction works with particular reference to Infrastructure available with them for execution of such work  may submit their applications by 09.02.2009   within Office hours by fax/post separately at the above address.

 

1.                      Empanelled/Registered/Working Agencies may submit their particular experience in such type of works with description, value of works executed, period of execution with infrastructure available with them for executing such works.

 

2.               New agencies are required to submit the following:

 

a)                 Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney incase of Partnership Firm, affidavit in case of Proprietorship Firm, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of Company.

 

b)                 Credentials of satisfactory performance of Construction works  completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion.

 

c)                 Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.

 

d)                 Permanent Income Tax Account Number

 

e)                 List of technical personnel having experience in similar type of work

 

 

The applications will be scrutinized by a designated Committee of Technical and Finance Representatives and only Pre qualified Agencies will be sent intimation for submission of offer by 13.02.2009.

 

HSCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
