NOTICE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF AGENCIES

 

HSCL is proposing to execute the work of civil and Structural Package for Boiler–9 Project of BPSCL valuing Rs.1526.76 Lakhs (Approximately). Details of packages are as under:

Package-II	:	Auxiliary Cooling Water System No.2, Water Chemical Treatment Plant Substation, DM Water pipe rack, Enabling works like road etc. GT & SAT foundation, ECR-II Extension Building, CHP substation cum control rooms MCC-2 room, Crusher House, Earthing transformer building	:	Rs.372.84 Lakhs
Package –III	:	Ash handling system & Ash Slurry pipeline foundation	:	Rs.402.68 Lakhs
Package-IV	:	Conveyor C-1 to C-8, Junction House 9J-1 to 9J-5	:	Rs.373.03 Lakhs

 

Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies having specific experience in similar type of work may submit their applications by 28.01.2009 within office hours by Fax/Post for the above work.

 

1.          Empanelled/Registered/Working Agencies may submit their applications duly updating the information with their experience in such type of works covering description, value of works executed, period of execution with Employer’s Certificates.

 

2.         New Agencies are required to submit the following:

 

a)         Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership Firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship Firm, Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Company.

 

b)        Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether there was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar types of work only.

 

c)         Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.

 

d)        Permanent Income Tax Account Number

 

e)         Particulars of Registration with EPF/Other Statutory Authorities.

 

f)         Particulars of Registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities/VAT Certificate.

 

g)         Documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment.

 

h)         List of Technical personnel having experience in similar type of work.

 

Applications will be scrutinized by a designated committee of Technical and Finance Representatives and documents will be issued to Pre qualified agencies from 29.01.2009 to 03.02.2009 for submission by 07.02.2009 by 15.00 hours and opening on the same day at  15.30 hours.

 

HSCL reserves the right (i) to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and (ii) to split the tender into multiple parts.
