The
above parties are requested to collect the Tender Documents on any working day
from 16th January, 2009 to 23rd January, 2009 during
office hours on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five
thousand only) towards cost of the Tender Documents in the form of DD/Pay
Order/Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Hindustan Steelworks Construction
Limited, payable at Visakhapatnam-31 or payment of cash in the Cash Counter of
HSCL Vizag Unit. The tender documents will not be sent by post. EMD of Rs.3,80,000/- (Rupees three lakhs eighty thousand only) to be
submitted along with the tender. Tender received without EMD shall not be
considered.
Duly filled in Tenders as prescribed in the Tender
Documents shall be submitted to Chief Project Manager, Hindustan Steelworks
Construction Limited, HSCL Administrative Building, near VSP Project Office
upto 12.00 noon on 24.01.2009.
HSCL reserves the rights to accept/reject any tender
without assigning any reason
