of agencies for Construction, Repairing work and Architectural services of
Staff Quarters for Employees Provident Fund Organization at Borivali,
Mumbai.
Empanelled /
Registered /Working Agencies having experience in similar type of work, may
submit their application by 10.01.2009 within office hours by fax / post for
the above work.

Empanelled / Registered /
Working Agencies may submit their applications duly updating the information
with their experience in such type of works covering Description, Value of
works executed, Period of Execution with Employer’s Certificates.

New Agencies are required to
submit their experience certificates covering Credentials of satisfactory
performance of contract completed with full details of Client, Location of
Work, Value of works executed, Period of Execution with Employer’s
Certificates, Permanent Income Tax Account Number, Registration with
appropriate Sales Tax Authorities, Equipment possessed, List of Technical
personnel having experience in similar type of work.
