HSCL is proposing to execute the  Work of “Earthwork in cutting, filling, compaction, turfing, construction of Minor Bridges and other associated works between Hazaribagh to Barkakana in connection with construction of a new BG Rail Line from Koderma to Ranchi  for the (Reach – XXIII. Ch.101.200Km. to 103.100 Km. & additional 0.130 Km.)” for an approx. Estimated Cost of Rs.39 Crores.

 

Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies having specific experience in similar type of work may submit their applications by 26.12.2008 within Office hours by Fax/Post for the above work.

 

1.          Empanelled/Registered/Working Agencies may submit their applications duly updating the information with their experience in such type of works covering description, value of works executed, period of execution with Employer’s Certificates.

 

2.         New Agencies are required to submit the following:

 

     a)    Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership Firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship Firm, Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Company.

 

b)       Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar types of work only.

 

i)                  Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31^st March of the previous financial  year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. 

ii)                Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which application are invited should be either of the following :-

 

1)          Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.

                                                 Or,

2)         Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost.

                                                 Or,

3)         One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. 

 

c)         Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.

 

d)        Permanent Income Tax Account Number.

 

e)         Particulars of Registration with EPF/Other Statutory Authorities.

 

f)         Particulars of Registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities/VAT Certificate.

 

g)         Documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment.

 

h)         List of Technical personnel having experience in similar type of work.

 

Applications will be scrutinized by a designated committee of Technical and Finance representatives and Documents will be issued to Pre-qualified agencies from 31.12.2008 to 06.01.2009 for submission by 13.01.2009 by 15.00 hours and opening on the same day at 15.30 hours.

 

HSCL reserves the right (i) to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever and (ii) to split the tender into multiple parts.
