TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed tenders are invited from agencies Empanelled / registered/working with HSCL for under mentioned work.

 

Name of work	7 MT expansion work of Bhilai Steel Plant - Enabling works package – office buildings (Package No. 177) – Part-II (Construction of Project site office building for Coke Zone etc. & DNW)
Sale of documents	From 15.11.2008 to 01.12.2008 (During working hours)
Submission of Tender & opening	Upto 15.00 Hrs. on 02.12.2008, Opening soon after.
Earnest Money	Rs.6,50,000/-
Cost of Tender Document (Non-refundable)	Rs. 7,500/- in the form of Cash or DD/Pay Order to be drawn in favour of HSCL and payable at Bhilai

 

Tender duly sealed & signed on each page shall be submitted in separate envelopes super scribing and containing documents as under:

 

1)         Prescribed Earnest money                     - Super scribed as “Earnest Money”

2)         Technical/Commercial/Eligibility          - Super scribed as “Technical”

3)         Price bid                                              - Super scribed as “Price bid”

 

The above envelopes must be put in a bigger sealed envelop super scribed “7 MT expansion work of Bhilai Steel Plant-Enabling works package-office buildings (Package No.-117)–     Part-II (Construction of Project site office building for Coke Zone etc. & DNW)” and addressed to the Executive Director, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd., Nirman Bhawan, Bhilai Distt-Durg (C.G.)-490001 and deposited in the tender box kept in the Technical Cell/Nirman Bhawan/Bhilai on or before the time & date indicated above.

 

The tender except price bid will be opened on date & time indicated above. For opening of price bids, separate date & time will be intimated to the tenderers, who are meeting the eligibility criterion.

 

Tender document can be purchased in person from the office of the Executive
Director/HSCL/Nirman Bhawan/Bhilai on date & time as indicated above.
