SHORT OPEN TENDER NOTICE

 

Short Open Tender For

:

Civil works of BOF & GCP Complex (Part-A), under Pkg. No.530 (Phase-II), inside NINL Premises/Duburi

Estimated Cost

:

Rs. 1043.00 Lakhs (Approx.)

 

 

 

HSCL has been awarded the Phase-II construction works of M/s. Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited consisting of Civil works in BOF & GCP area. The work is to be taken up immediately. This is a time bound job and work is to be executed through mechanisation. The agencies  should be capable of installing Batching Plant, adequate Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps and other necessary equipments and materials required to cater to the job.

 

Empanelled / Registered / Working / New Agencies having experience in similar type of work, may collect tender documents for executing such works as per the time schedule given below.

Empanelled / Registered / Working agencies may submit their particular experience in such type of works with description, value of works executed, period of execution with Employer’s Certificates.

New agencies are required to submit the following :-

 

 

a)

Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship firm, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of Company.

 

b)

Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether there was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar types of work only.

 

c)

Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness

 

d)

Permanent Income Tax Account Number

 

e)

Particulars of registration with EPF / Other statutory authorities

 

f)

Particulars of registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities / VAT Certificate.

 

g)

Equipment available with agency along with documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment.

Collection of Tender Documents

From 22.10.2008 to 25.10.2008

Cost of Tender Documents

:

Rs. 2500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only)

(To be deposited in the shape of Cash Receipt / Bank Draft drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of HSCL payable at Jajpur Road)

EMD

:

Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only)

 

Submission of Tender

:

On or before 30.10.2008 by 15.00 Hours (03.00 PM)

Opening of Tender

:

On the same day after 15.30 Hours (03.30 PM)

 

 

 

HSCL reserves the right (i) to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever (ii) to award the work in Phases.
