OPEN TENDER NOTICE

 

Open Tender for

Procurement of hand broken stone ballast for Rail Track of Tower Crane in BOF area under Pkg.119 inside NINL Premises

Estimated Cost

Rs. 8.75 Lakhs (Approx.)

 

HSCL has been awarded the Phase-II Construction activities of M/s. Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited. HSCL is installing a tower crane BK-1000A for erection work in BOF, GCP and CCP area. A rail track is being constructed for movement of tower crane for which hand broken stone ballast is required to be procured. This is a time bound supply and the agencies should have adequate resources to cater to the requirement of the company in least possible time.

 

Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies having experience in similar type of work, may collect tender documents for executing such works as per the time schedule given below:

 

1.

Empanelled/Registered/Working Agencies may submit their particular experience in such type of works with description, value of works executed, period of execution with Employer’s Certificates.

 

2.

New Agencies are required to submit the following :-

 

a)

Registration details, partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership Firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship Firm, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of Company.

 

b)

Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether there was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar types of work only.

 

c)

Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.

 

d)

Permanent Income Tax Account Number

 

e)

Particulars of Registration with EPF/Other Statutory authorities

 

f)

Particulars of Registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities/VAT Certificate

 

g)

Equipment available with Agency along with documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment.

 

 

TIME SCHEDULE

 

Ø       Collection of Tender Documents

:

From 01.09.2008 to 06.09.2008

Ø       Cost of Tender Documents

:

Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) (To be deposited in the shape of Cash Receipt /Bank Draft drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of HSCL payable at Jajpur Road)

Ø       EMD

:

Rs. 4,500/- (Rupees Four thousand five hundred only)

Ø       Submission of Tender

:

On or before 08.09.2008 by 15.00 Hours (03.00PM)

Ø       Opening of Tender

:

On the same day after 15.30 Hours (3.30 PM)

 

HSCL reserves the right (i) to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever (ii) to award the work in phases.
