HSCL is proposing to take up the work of “Demolition and disposal of dismantled materials of Handloom Complex at Janpath, New Delhi”.  The work mainly involves the  demolition of existing  structures situated at Janpath, New Delhi and disposal of the same. Time of completion shall be 21 days.

 

Empanelled/Registered/Working/Desirous Agencies may submit their application by 18.08.2008  upto 14.30 hours by fax/post separately.

 

1.                    Desirous Agencies are required to submit the following :

 

a)                  Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership Firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship firm, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of Company.

 

b)                  Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.

 

c)                  Permanent Account Number of Income Tax

 

d)                  Particulars of Registration with EPF/Other statutory authorities.

 

e)                  Particulars of Registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities/VAT Certificate.

 

f)                  Documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment.

 

g)                  List of Technical personnel having experience in similar type of work.

 

Applications shall be scrutinized by a designated committee and Pre-Qualified Agencies will be issued tender document on 19.08.2008 for submission by 20.08.2008. Tenders received shall be opened on 20.08.2008 at 15.30 hours.

 

HSCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
