Validity of Tender
|
90 days from the date of opening of Price Bid
|
Criteria for eligibility
and qualifications to be met by the bidders:
1. Joint Ventures will not be accepted
a)
Bank Solvency Certificate (minimum value Rs.0.6
Crores)
b)
Average Annual Turnover during last Three years
ending 31.03.2008 should be at lease 0.80 crores.
c)
Experience of having successfully completed
similar works with requisite certificates from the authorities during last
seven years ending 31.07.2008.
i) Three similar works completed costing not less than
Rs.0.80 Crores each
OR
ii) Two
similar works completed costing not less than Rs.1.00 Crore each
OR
iii) One
similar works completed costing not less than Rs.1.60 Crore
d)
Similar works means, should have satisfactorily
completed at least one project of cross drainage/underground services.
e)
Should not have incurred any loss in more than
two years during the last five years ending 31st March, 2008.
f)
Tender documents may be purchased from the
office of Hindustan
Steelworks Construction Limited (A Govt. of India Undertaking), Readymoney Terrace, 3rd Floor, 167, Dr. Annie
Besant Road, Worli Naka, Mumabi 400018,
against a non refundable tender fee as indicated in the table above in
the form of cash or Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank, payable at Mumbai in
favour of HSCL, Mumbai.

2. Note
:
a)
The tenderer has to furnish documentary evidence
of fulfilling Minimum Qualifying Criteria, PAN card No., registered with EPF/other
statutory authorities for issue of tender document.
b)
If any information furnished by the tenderer is
found incorrect at later stage, the agency shall be liable to be debarred for
tendering/taking of work, The GM, HSCL has reserved the right to verify the
particulars furnished by the tenderer independently.
c)
The HSCL reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
