TENDER NOTICE

Empanelled / Registered / Working / New Agencies having specific experience in similar type of work may submit their applications by 06.06.2008 within office hours by  FAX/POST for the above work.

Empanelled / Registered / Working agencies may submit their applications duly updating the information with their experience in such type of works covering description, value of works executed, period of execution with Employer’s Certificates.

New agencies are required to submit the following :-

a)

Registration details, Partnership deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship firm, Memorandum & Article of Association in case of Company.

b)

Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether there was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar types of work only.

c)

Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness

d)

Permanent Income Tax Account Number

e)

Particulars of registration with EPF / Other statutory authorities

f)

Particulars of registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities / VAT Certificate.

g)

Documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment..

h)

List of Technical personnel having experience in similar type of work.

Applications will be scrutinized by a designated committee of Technical and Finance representatives and documents will be issued to pre-qualified agencies from 07.06.2008 to 11.06.2008 for submission by 12.06.2008 at 15.00 Hrs. and opening on the same day at 15.30 Hrs. 

HSCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. HSCL reserves the right to split the tender in two or more parts.
