NOTICE INVITING “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” FOR PRE QUALIFICATION OF AGENCIES FOR ASSOCIATION WITH HSCL

 

 

“Expression of Interest” is invited from Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies for “Construction of Community Health Centre & Sadar Hospital in the State of Jharkhand”.

 

Empanelled/Registered/Working/New Agencies having experience in similar type of work, may submit their applications by 11.01.2008 within Office hours by Fax/Post for the above work.

 

(A)      Empanelled/Registered/Working Agencies may submit their “Expression of Interest” duly updating the information submitted with particular experience in such type of works covering Description, Value of works, Period of execution with Employer’s Certificates etc.

 

(B)       New Agencies are required to submit the following:

 

a)         Registration details, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney in case of Partnership Firm, Affidavit in case of Proprietorship Firm, Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Company.

 

b)        Credentials of satisfactory performance of contract completed with full details of Client, location of work, cost, time taken for completion and whether there was any deviation from the original schedule etc. with particular reference to similar type of works only.

 

c)         Current Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness along with Audited Balance sheet for the financial years 2005-06 and 2006-07.

 

d)        Permanent Income Tax Account Number

 

e)         Particulars of Registration with EPF/Other Statutory authorities

 

f)         Particulars of Registration with appropriate Sales Tax Authorities/VAT Certificate & Service Tax

 

g)         Documentary evidence of ownership of possession of equipment

 

h)         List of Technical personnel having experience in similar type of work

 

i)          Labour Licence

 

       The applications will be scrutinized by a designated Committee (of Technical & Finance representatives) and pre qualified agencies will be sent intimation for collection of tender documents.
