BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Company is managed by a Board of Directors, having two full time official two part time official and two part time non-official directors induction of one independent director is awaited. All the directors are nominated by Government of India, who formulate strategies, policies of the Company and review its performance periodically. The Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) and Director Finance manage the business of the Company under the overall supervision, control and guidance of the Board.
