The company is managed by a Board of Directors, having two full time official, one part time official and two part time non-official directors. All the directors are nominated by Government of India, who formulate strategies, policies of the Company and review its performance periodically. The Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) manages the business of the Company under the overall supervision, control and guidance of the Board.
