Personnel &Administration: Graduate / MBA/ MSW with experience in HR /IR. Experience in PSUs & infrastructure industry desirable.

Law: LLB (Full time) with experience in corporate law. Experience in working for PSUs desirable.

Requirement of Personnel in Corporate P&A Department

Dy. Chief (P&A): The candidate should be a graduate having relevant experience of more than 20 years and must have worked with large reputed organisations with at least 5 years of experience in senior management position. Ex-servicemen will be preferred. Should be able to design, deliver, administer, and continuously improve HR management processes including corporate goal setting, performance evaluation, succession and development planning, acquisition of fresh talent etc.

Sr. Executive (HR): The candidate should have at least 8 years experience in HR function and worked with large reputed organisations. Should be familiar with government regulations and statutory benefits administration. The incumbent will be required to implement and monitor compensation & benefits policies to maintain the company's competitive capability and reduce the cost of human resources to support other functions' work.

Executive (HR): The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR function.

Assistant (HR): The candidate should have around 1 year of experience in HR function. Freshers may also apply.

Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a Schedule 'B' Central Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Ministry of Steel, is a multi-unit organisation in construction activities in Steel, Power, Railways, educational Complexes and infrastructure Sectors etc.
The Company has made turn around by consistently increasing its operational profits since 2002-03. Its vision is to emerge as one of the best construction companies committed to contribute to the development of the country.
The Company has operating units almost all over the country viz. West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, Orissa Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Tripura, Sikkim etc.
HSCL invites applications from officers under the Central / State Governments or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi-Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies on Deputation basis for the following posts.

The period of deputation on selection shall be 3 (three) years initially, which may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Competent Authority. The deputation shall be on standard rules of then Lending Organisation.

Important Information:

1. The Department/Organization concerned while forwarding the application should:

1. Enclose attested copies of Annual Confidential Reports for the last six years along with a discipline/vigilance clearance certifying that no penalty is imposed against the officer for last ten years, integrity certificate and no penalty certificate.
2. Certify that the particulars given by the candidates in their application, regarding the details of educational qualification, relevant experience and pay particulars, etc. have been verified from the service records and are true, correct and complete for post applied for.
3. Certify the position/status of the candidate in the hierarchical structure of the organization along with respective grades and pay scales.

8. Candidates who are more than 56 years of age as on 1st October 2012 need not apply. Those candidates who are due to retire from their parent cadre within two years, as on 1st October 2012 also need not apply.

9. Period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other organization, shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.

10. Crucial date for determination of eligibility shall be 1st October 2012.

11. Canvassing or bringing influence in any form will disqualify the candidature.

12. The advertisement can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Competent Authority without assigning any reasons there for.

13. 1) Technical:
